Our funds invest in all economic sectors, but they possess specific criteria depending on equity investment size, company size (number of employees, turnover) and geographical presence (France, Europe).

Equity investment from 300K€ to 10M€

These amounts are not restrictive as co-investors can invest alongside Vauban Partenaires and Participex Gestion. We recently took part in a 20M€+ equity investment transaction.

Company size

Our investment target is composed of small-to-mid caps with turnover ranging from 15M€ to 200M€.

Local companies

Most of our investments take place loccally in the provinces of France

Holding period

Our holding period varies from one investment to the other. It can range from 3 to 8 years. Our exits cant take the form of a stratgic global sale or a secondary buyout, and are always made in conjuction with management.

Economic sector

We do not target sepcefic economic sectors. We focus particularly on promising companies in manufacturing, consumption goods, consumer and company services, and distribution.

Structuring

Our approach is essentially focused on manager's net worth and is highly technical. It intends to simplify family shareholdings and to suppress strategic deadlocks. Expansion financing only is not our model, and our intervention modes are manifold.
