Founded in 1992, Vauban Partenaires developed internally by growing its assets under management and externally by acquiring Participex Gestion in 2005. Both companies have been accredited by the French regulatory authority "Autorité des Marchés Financiers - AMF". We have created 6 funds (FCPRs) subscribed by several Caisses Régionales de Crédit Agricole, and other institutional investors and individuals. We also manage 3 FIPs (Fonds d'investissement de Proximité) wich are small tax-incentivized funds subscribed by commecial banking private clients. Vauban Partenaires and Participex Gestion globally manage close to 130M€.

The last FCPR we raised received the financial support of CDC Entreprises.

During the last 20 years, funds managed by Vauban Partenaires and Participex Gestion have participated in more than 140 transactions.

Bringing closer our two management companies has allowed them to improve their proximity to local companies while making them benefit from the experience and expertise acquired since the beginning of the 1990s by Vauban Partenaires.

Since their creation, Vauban Partenaires and Participex Gestion have developed significantly. They currently hold 70 investments, and their available assets under management allow for additional investments.

Vauban Partenaires and Participex Gestion are independent from financial institutions. They are majority-owned by their management.
