At the fund manager level

• A Compliance Officer ensuring application of rules established by AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers) and by AIFMD, investors agreements and contracts of management and procedures, in our investors best interests,
• Portfolio evaluation methods at Fair Market Value and rigorous reporting according to standards established by AFIC (Association Française des Investisseurs en Capital), EVCA (European Venture Capital Association) and IPEV Guidelines (International Private Equity Guidelines),
• A co-investment charter establishing rules for investment and divestment partition between our funds.

At the fund level

• An investor agreement and a management contract for each fund, defining their operations and management rules,
• A certified semi-annual audit by our Auditors,
• An Advisory Committee.
