We are a local player based in several French provinces. We have been active in our market for many years. We observe that many family-owned companies have shareholding problems linked most often to the presence of historical shareholders without true links to their companies.
These situations often lead to a lack of communication and misunderstandings between shareholders. They harm the development of such companies and more particularly slow down external growth and value creation.
We developed the necessary skills to solve specific capital transmission and restructuring problems together with company development. This approach requires time and know-how. It differs from others approaches solely based on institutionalised “round tables”, publicised and intermediated opportunities, financing-only issues, and standardised and pre-formated expansion capital structurings.
